Grant Sadowski
CEO
Grant Sadowski is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Laser Imaging (2005), Mosaic Business Solutions (2007), and Trigon Leasing (2011). .
Under Grant’s leadership, Ultra Laser Imaging achieved Hewlett Packard OPS Elite partner status in 2010, becoming one of less than 80 HP partners in the nation to receive that designation. In 2010 Grant was also featured in ENX Magazine’s “Dealer Spotlight” for his innovative approach to managed print solutions, and in an eVA article on excellence in public sector technology supplies.
Outside of his own companies, Grant serves on the Board of Directors for Second Chance Society. He is also an active member of Emerge Broward, a member of the Tower Club’s “Tower 100” and participates on the advisory board for Paradise Bank. He also regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Broward.
Prior to founding ULIS, Grant served as Director of Finance for a $15 million copier dealer. He was raised in Jefferson City and Columbia, MO, and is a proud alumnus of the University of Missouri, where he received his bachelors in finance.
Ryan Stefanski
COO
Ryan Stefanski joined the Mosaic team in 2010 as Director of Operations. He is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of company-related operations, including accounting, purchasing, customer service and technical support, information technology and project management.
Ryan brings to Mosaic a wealth of experience in operations management and process improvement in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing to scuba diving. He graduated cum laude from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and System Engineering. Originally from Wisconsin, Ryan currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Andrew Major
CFO
Andrew Major came to Mosaic in 2011 to serve as the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing the financial risks of Mosaic as well as budgets, financial planning, company direction and record-keeping. Andrew has an extensive background in the finance industry having most recently served as Group Director of Finance for BCB Holdings as well as the Finance Manager for British Caribbean Bank Limited in Turks and Caicos. In 2004 he was a project accountant for Belize Bank Limited. Prior to that, he was the Director of Finance of the national office equipment and imaging supply company U.S. Imaging Solutions based right here in Fort Lauderdale. Andrew graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1996.
